Pick Your Own Peach Workshop & RSVP
Pick your own (PYO) fruit is the perfect way to experience our orchards. We love sharing our traditions and life with you. Peaches are a late summer fruit available for our guests to hand harvest from mid-July through mid-September (weather dependent). Due to the "art of picking peaches", a 15-minute educational workshop will accompany the front end of your peach picking experience (regardless if you’ve picked before).
Pick-Your-Own peaches are sold by the pound. You are responsible for picking all the fruit that you (and your children) pick.
We politely ask for a paid ticket per person to secure your reservation for orchard entry so we can provide you with an engaging and thoughtful experience that is full of fun, education, and lots of energy! This reservation also helps us prepare for your visit, manage the orchards so they do not become overcrowded or over picked, and assure everyone has an opportunity to pick quality fruit.
PYO Peach workshops are held under the pin oak trees on the Humm Road lawn (the old market/packhouse). When you get to the farm, please park along Humm Road and leave your bags, strollers, wagons, etc. in your car. Our staff will check you in at the picnic tables on the lawn where we will promptly begin the workshop. Afterward, you will load back up into your car to follow a farm vehicle via caravan to the available picking locations (~5-8 minute drive). You will pay for your fruit directly after picking. While you're here, check out the Market Barn for other goodies!
Please bring a hat, water bottle, sunscreen, and comfortable closed-toed or sturdy shoes for walking through the orchards. Directions to the farm can be found via the link here.
